Honestly: AnkanaGo is a linked device, like WhatsApp Web, sending bills and statements from your number to your own customers. That is ordinary WhatsApp use. Keep messages to people who buy from you and to bill and account matters; do not send promotions to unknown numbers. Under WhatsApp's rules any automation carries some risk; used like this, in our experience, it stays well inside them. If in doubt, use a separate number for the shop.
No. The setup wizard adopts the company, ledgers, items and GST rates you already have. Your accountant and auditor see no difference: bills appear in Tally exactly as if typed there.
Every plan includes 2 users and 2 Face ID / fingerprint devices. The counter boy, the godown man, the accountant — ₹999 a year each beyond that. Each person gets their own permissions; big actions wait for the owner's approval on the phone.
The trial is 14 days; then paste the key we send on WhatsApp. On monthly, a late payment gets 7 days' grace, after which billing pauses — your data and Tally are untouched, nothing is lost. The one-time plan never expires.
